Frequently asked questions part 2: career growth as a Product Designer

This FAQ series consist of several parts where I summarised the most-asked questions during online/ offline mentorships and speakerships into a bite-size Q&A articles. In this second part (if you miss the first part, find it here), I will be covering one of the trickiest topic that designers often find: career growth. This doesn’t mean that you are in a bad place or you’re not happy about your job. This article covers more about what you can do to accelerate your impact as a designer. I will also linked some of my previous writings/ web recommendation/learning materials for some of the FAQs below.

If you are a designer/ UX folk who is currently looking to level up or to be promoted, then this is for you. This applies to all career level, whether you are a junior, medior, or senior.
